Localized Photographs Make Your Minuteman Website Uniquely Your Own
Even though your website comes loaded with tons of useful content, taking the time to customize the site to your printshop helps you outshine the competition.
Adding photographs to your website is one of the easiest ways to customize your look. There's nothing like a photograph of your storefront to make the site uniquely your own. Your customers will feel like they've walked into your shop when they see their favorite customer service representative anytime by just clicking on the Our Staff section of your website. Use photographs to display your location, products and promotions. This advances and maintains the personal relationships between you and your customers.
Adding Photographs to your Minuteman website is a snap:
Take photos with a digital camera or scan in photos and save as gifs or jpegs onto your computer hard drive.
Simply log onto your administrative area of your website and click on Update Your Site, then Photo Library.
Upload your graphics to the secure photo library by clicking on Add at the bottom of the page.
Click on the browse button and search your computer for the appropriate photo.
Make sure you name the photos in the Photo Title field so you can remember the subject matter. We recommend incorporating categories into the title as they will eventually appear in a pull down menu. (i.e., STAFF_msmith, PROD_NamePlates)
Then select the Add button and the words at the top of the page should read "Your Request Has Been Completed."
You've now added your photo to be used anywhere in your site; and in multiple locations if desired.
Now go to any page within the Update Your Site section to add a photograph or change the stock photographs that are already there.
Make sure that you find and click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the administration page every time you make modifications. This will make the changes live on your site. Until then, you are still proofing your changes and they won't be seen on your public website.
Simply adding a variety of pictures throughout your website can give it an inviting and friendly facelift, and make it more attractive to your customers.
