This SiteStarter is the first in a series to assist you with the basics of your website features. We also offer a full range of support utilities in your website administration area. Go to the Information & Help section to find:
- your personal Customer Support Team contact information
- an extensive online Questions & Answers section where you can search answers or ask your own questions
- reference materials, including detailed Users Guides
- training materials, including short, online tutorials on key features
- marketing materials, including what you need to do now to effectively launch your website

We guarantee your website to be a powerful tool to increase your bottom line. And we have made your website incredibly easy to use and it should take you little time to manage your site. But ultimately the success of this solution comes from the efforts you put into your website program. So let's get started with the five most critical steps to launching your Firespring website solution.
Step 1 -- Begin the Training Process
Training on how to fully utilize your website is an important part of the setting up process. Since continually updating and customizing your website is a big part of utilizing all it has to offer, training your employees and staff to help you in the effort is a good idea. Making changes to your website is simple, but you will find it beneficial to have other employees making contributions.
To begin the training process, use the comprehensive training materials provided to you in your website administration area. Log on to your site administration area at www.minutemanpresence.com by entering your account number, username and password in the appropriate fields. Your account information was provided to you in a previous e-mail. Please contact your customer service team if you have misplaced this.
In your administration area, click on Information & Help. Review the reference materials and familiarize yourself with Online Support. You may view pre-recorded training sessions at your convenience by downloading them from your Training section.
We regularly offer live online training and Users Group sessions for you to learn what other printers across the country have done to unleash the power of their websites. Call customer service now to find out the latest schedule.
Step 2 -- Set Up E-mail Accounts
E-mail accounts using your domain name elevates the reputation of your printshop. Log in to your administration area, select E-mail Accounts from the Manage Your Account section.
Enter the e-mail accounts you would like to use and determine the action needed for each of these accounts. Consider a consistent naming convention such as, firstname.lastname@companyname.com or firstname@companyname.com.
If you use the Minuteman Press International domain name you can use the naming convention of your choice @minutemanpress.com, as long as it is still available.
You may choose to have the accounts checked directly, forwarded to an existing e-mail account, or you may forward a copy to another e-mail account. With this feature, you can set up department accounts such as info@, sales@, artwork@, etc. that can be forwarded to more than one account to ensure these e-mails are getting checked by the appropriate department.
Once your website "goes live" your e-mail accounts will be activated as well.
Step 3 -- Customize Your Welcome Page
Above all you want your welcome page to be fresh and reflect your business. You can make all of the necessary updates in the Update Your Site section of your administration area.
Add a new photo from your Photo Library and change the welcome text. Enter any recent announcements you may have. Introducing your new website is a great start. Choose an "In The Spotlight" from the pre-designed options available to you. Further details on how to make these customizations will be coming in future SiteStarters.
Step 4 -- Let Them Know About Your Business
The Company Info section of your Minuteman website gives your visitors key information about your business. We suggest you customize the Overview, Our Staff, Employment Opportunities, and Location & Hours areas to reflect who you are. Involve your staff in entering and updating information by getting them to gather photos, bios, or other relevant information to load onto the site. Assign the responsibility of continually updating information as well.
