The file transfer utility, with the convenient, one-click access on your home page, allows your customers to Send a File to your printshop with ease. File Transfer is easy for you and your customers. Your customers send files by simply following these easy steps:
From the front page of the website, they select Send A File.
They will complete the form which you can customize through your administration area.
Next they click on the Browse button and choose the file from their computer.
Finally they will complete the process by simply clicking the Send File button.
Once the file has been sent, you and your customer will receive an e-mail notification that the file has been transferred. You can retrieve these files in two ways:
The e-mail that you received will contain a link to that file and can be downloaded directly.

Enter your administration area at www.minutemanpress.com with your account number, user name, and password.Choose the Customer Activity section.
Click on File Transfers.
Select the Details button of the file you'd like to download.
Click Download File to download and save the file to your desktop.
Although the File Transfer system compresses files once they reach the server, it's a good idea to tell your customers to compress the files before uploading them. This will ensure optimal file integrity. More than likely you customers already have compression software. If they do not, direct them to your Resources & Support section of your website, where they can download free software.
